Inbox & diary management with a system behind it
For clients on a 40 hour a month package with TGT, there are three touch points across the day: morning, midday, and afternoon. A daily update of actioned items is provided, or emails are loaded into Asana as tasks, tagged, categorised, and filed so the inbox stays clear and nothing gets missed. Labels and folders are set up and maintained. Some clients want newsletters left for the week then filed; some want everything processed same-day. The system fits how your brain and business work, not the other way around.

CRM & client relationship management
Client and customer information are managed, maintained, and kept current. Follow-ups are made in a timely manner with leads promptly followed up. Invoices are generated and chased - something that's generally easier for someone else to do on your behalf. P

Project & leadership support
TGT becomes your essential sounding board, and provides a different perspective. She takes tasks off of your plate so that you can focus on what only you can do. TGT communicates with your team members when needed. She prepares presentations, writes job roles and job descriptions, or supports a restructure. Handling the difficult conversations
TGT follows up on unpaid invoices and manages challenging client interactions. She navigates sensitive conversations on your behalf. Every situation is handled with care, empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality. Notes are written before going into difficult conversations, and taken during.
