What strategy and planning support actually looks like
A 90-day planning session runs for 60 to 90 minutes and follows a clear agenda. It covers your goals: are they SMART, are they stretching you just enough, where you are from your last session, what's moving forward into the next 90 days, what's changing, and what needs to happen differently. The session is recorded. Afterwards, every task, action, and date is analysed, pulled into a table, and loaded into a calendar, with due dates, one-week reminders, and one-month checkpoints so that nothing slips.
The aim is always to feel a stretch, not overwhelm, but just enough to be outside your comfort zone and make tangible progress.
Workflow mapping and SOP creation
Every client gets SOPs built around every task That Girl Tuesday manages. Written in plain language with screenshots and Loom videos where needed. Named, numbered, filed on company letterhead in your brand, your tone, your colours. So if anyone stepped in (a team member, a contractor, a future hire) they could pick up exactly where you left off. The systems exist, the steps are recorded, and nothing depends on anyone's memory.
Project management with your preferred tools
Working across Asana, Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Monday.com, Google Workspace, Microsoft, Box, SystemHub, Dropbox, Arbostar, and Zapier. Preference goes to Asana, Notion, ClickUp, and Google Workspace - Google for document storage, tracking, intranets and workflows, Asana and Notion for their strong integration with Google. Whatever system you already use, or whatever works best for how your brain works, is where the work happens.
Tuesday is also part of the team building a brand new project management tool built from the ground up, where her input on functionality, usability, and setup has been fundamental from concept to launch.
Setting up automations and systems to run smoothly without you
From client onboarding automations to document signing workflows, Zapier integrations to platform-native sequences: the tools that save you hours every week without you having to think about them. Tuesday has built her own onboarding and signing automations and sets these up for clients across their existing platforms.
